  • Check-In & Check-Out ~ Guests may check-in at 2:00 pm or sooner if ready.  Guests are asked to check-out by 10:00 am.  Inquire ahead of time for late check-out permission.  
  • Deposits & Cancellations ~ We will confirm your reservation with a credit card # or you may send a check for the full amount of your first and last night's stay. Balance due upon arrival.  We require a 30 day advance cancellation notice on all reservations.  Cancellations made after the 30 day advance period are subject to the full amount of the initial reservation.  
  • Pets ~ We are pet friendly at a charge of $20.00 for each pet per night!  All pets must be declared at or before time of check-in.  We require that your pets are with you at all times; do not leave pets unattended in cabins at any time.  Pet owners assume full responsibility for any damages. 
  • Smoking ~ No smoking of any kind is allowed inside cabins.  A minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file for smoking violations.  Guests may smoke outside cabins and should make sure to leave no trace.  
  • Fireplaces/Woodstoves ~ There will be a $20.00 cleaning charge for the use of fireplaces/woodstoves.  There is wood available on the property for your use at no additional charge. 
  • Damage ~ Our cabins are inventoried on a regular basis.  Any damages to cabins or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file. 
  • Minimum Stay ~ We require a 2 night minimum stay for all cabins.  If available, 1 night stays are subject to an additional $20.00 cleaning charge.
